Aldwyck Housing Group’s new Customer Voice Group is giving customers the chance to review its services and to have a say in how it operates.
The group has been set up by Aldwyck’s Community Involvement team, which works with customers, groups and other organisations to make a positive difference to the housing provider’s services and in its communities.
Customer Voice Group Volunteer Stephanie Sutcliffe said: "I find the experience of meeting with the Customer Voice Group really valuable. It’s great to know our opinions really matter and are listened to."
The Customer Voice Group runs alongside Aldwyck’s Customer Champions Programme, which helps monitor the standard of grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services. Customer Champions carry out regular inspections both in their own neighbourhoods and in other areas.
