The work of three of the Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough partners has been rewarded with shortlisting in this year’s UK Housing Awards.
Cross Keys Homes’ innovative approach to reducing homelessness in Peterborough has been nominated in the Homelessness Project of the Year category. CKH’s partnership with Peterborough City Council has seen it increase the supply of short-stay accommodation in the city and tackle the root causes of homelessness.
The Hyde Group has been shortlisted in two categories. Its building safety and resident engagement work during recladding of five residential towers in Gosport is a finalist in Campaign of the Year, and the development of its customer-led strategy, alongside consultant Comotion, has been shortlisted for the Professional Services Partner of the Year award.
Finally, Accent Housing has been shortlisted for the Innovator of the Year: Technology award.
The UK Housing Awards are organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing magazine and ‘recognise and reward the very best in the UK housing sector’. Winners will be announced on 7 May in London.
